Expanding disability inclusion and explosive ordance risk education to promote a more inclusive, safe and principled response (multi-year allocation)

Location(s): Southern Shan State (Pekhon & Pinlaung)

TLMM will deliver Disability trainings to consortium partners in each township of Hsihsen & Pekon in Southern Shan. TLMM will coordinate with the Disability Lead and training will be tailored to the context and needs of organisations and will include sensitization on the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) Guidelines for Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities. MAG and TLMM will work together to support the identification of people with disabilities via the collection of Washington Short Set surveys and interviews at the household level. TLMM will establish and strengthen existing Rehab centre, referral system set up, provision of Assistive Device and provide multi-purpose cash support.
