Gender empowered active case-finding; Accelerating self-reporting through highly creative client awareness methods deploying face-to-face community engagement (school outreach, leprosy and disability journalists’ competitions, radio); Deepening a focus on quality of inner well-being support within self-care group; High impact training and motivating of Government health; Transforming engagement of CSOs for people affected by leprosy and disabilities with local-level power holders; Amplifying voice of people affected by leprosy on climate action; Transforming entrepreneurial skills and self-help groups whilst addressing health and wellbeing, markets, and climate action, will build financial/social strengths and assets to ensure their food security and achieve positive livelihood outcomes.
