This project provides support throughout the continuum of care: active case finding, facilitation into treatment, complications management, ulcer care, footwear distribution, pre- / post -operative care for reconstructive surgeries; prevention of disability, socio-economic rehabilitation and promotion of patients’ rights through Self Support Groups; and health systems strengthening. It is also linked to Koraput Referral Centre for specialised services.
