Support of tertiary care hospital for reconstructive surgeries for leprosy affected persons

The FM supported hospital RISDT is providing qualitative inpatient and outpatient services for persons affected by leprosy. These services include general services for persons affected by leprosy, as well as treatment of complications of leprosy such as ulcers and reactions, reconstructive surgeries and measures for the prevention of disability. FAIRMED is covering the costs of 50 reconstructive surgeries per year.
